Bulky Gym was a boutique gym that opened in the center of Barcelona in 2019, focused entirely on fitness. There were no group classes or activities beyond weight training.

Their main inspiration was the USA and its approach to fitness. Spaces where you enter and instantly disconnect from the world to focus on your workout. This was achieved through a very dark space, with strategically placed overhead lighting that created a striking black and white contrast. These lights were ideally designed to highlight the muscles of those training and create a play of light and volume that made the space unique in Barcelona. In fact, the American company BioTech came with influencers from all over the world to do a photoshoot. Gold was the touch of color added to the brand, associating it with the "exclusive" aspect of the boutique gym.
